Objectives

Being a leading academic clinical research organization, HKU-CTC aims to:

• promote clinical research opportunities by enhancing research collaboration with the industry and other research institutions and attracting high impact, high value clinical studies;
• facilitate clinical studies by providing professional, comprehensive clinical research solutions and streamlining research administration and logistics;
• secure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ethics, regulatory and contractual requirements by developing research policies and standards and providing training and knowledge exchange opportunities to clinical investigators and other clinical research personnel; and
• attain operational and financial efficiency, effectiveness and sustainability.
